My name's Chanel and I just graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Product Design. I'm interested in leveraging rigorous design and community-based participatory research and technology for social impact. I am passionate about the diversification of tech, womxn and non-binary health and wellness, and beautiful digital experiences. I love working on collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams.
I am currently a KPCB Design Fellow working at Nextdoor. Previously, I was a product designer at Workit Health, trying to increase access to substance use care and mitigate opioid addiction alongside an amazing team. I've been featured in the SF Chronicle for designing UI for Dear Visitor, an augmented reality experience bringing justice to Chanel Miller and other sexual assault survivors. I've previously: researched ways to improve perinatal healthcare at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, led UI/UX design of a product accelerated by Anheuser Busch, and traveled to Kanpur, India to perform design research for Miraclefeet to help people have free access to clubfoot treatment.
